Zeehan Community Garden
Accessible weekdays from the gate to the left of the Zeehan Neighbourhood Centre building.
The Community Garden is home to a variety of plants waiting for even the blackest of thumbs to potter.
Everyone is welcome to relax, weed, plant, and socialise in the Zeehan Community Garden. You are even welcome to bring your own plants to add to the garden.
Community Services Available Weekdays at the ZNC
Centrelink Agent
Assistance is available for Centrelink, Medicare, and MyGov enquiries.
Self-service options are also available onsite.
Internet Access
Internet access is available at a rate of $1 (one dollar) per hour.
ZNC Book Swap Library
Available 24/7 at the front of the ZNC building. Bring a book, take a book. Donations can also be left with the ZNC team.
Printing, Copying, and Binding
Printing, copying, and binding are all available at the ZNC.
Fees apply: 20c (twenty cents) Black and White, 50c (fifty cents) Colour.
Learner Driver Knowledge Tests
Both Car and Bike learner driver tests can be taken at the ZNC.
NILS Tasmania
Bookings are essential for assistance with NILS (No Interest Loan Scheme) applications. Call the ZNC on (03) 6471 6108 to make a booking, or email us.
Escabags
Escape Bags for domestic violence survivors. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Escabags are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing essential items to people escaping a domestic violence situation.
The ZNC have partnered with Escabags to offer Escape Bags to anyone who needs them.
If you, or someone you know, needs an escape bag for themselves and/or their children then drop in to the ZNC, or send a trusted friend or relative to collect one.
